1 · Terms of Service

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlyKarma, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1.2 User Roles & Eligibility
User Roles. Requestor/Facilitator books a companion for themselves or another traveler. Provider offers assistance as a travel companion. Roles may change by trip.

Eligibility. Providers must be at least 18 years of age. You represent that information you provide is accurate and truthful.
1.3 Bookings, Payments & Refunds
All bookings occur on FlyKarma. Compensation to Providers may include direct payments and eligible gift card rewards. Karma Points accrue from verified activities and are redeemed per platform rules. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1.4 Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Provide accurate information, respect other users, and follow airport/airline rules and laws. Do not use FlyKarma for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, misrepresent identity, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
1.5 Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create safety/legal risks, or engage in fraud/abuse. Termination may result in loss of access to unredeemed rewards.
1.6 Intellectual Property
All FlyKarma content, branding, software, and designs are the property of FlyKarma LLC (Texas). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
1.7 Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
FlyKarma connects users and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or events outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by Texas law; you consent to Texas courts.
1.8 Anti-Circumvention & Confidentiality of Commercial Terms

Platform Use Only. You agree not to circumvent FlyKarma by soliciting, accepting, or arranging any services off-platform with a user you discovered through FlyKarma, including for future trips, without FlyKarma’s prior written consent.

Non-Disclosure of Pricing. For safety and fraud-prevention, you must not disclose, request, or attempt to obtain the other party’s pricing, payout, or internal fee details, nor publish screenshots of role-specific pricing, invoices, or payouts. Providers may see their payout; requestors may see their total price. Internal splits and margins are proprietary to FlyKarma.

Look-Back Period. This anti-circumvention obligation applies during your active use of FlyKarma and for 12 months after your last interaction or communication with the relevant counterparty on FlyKarma.

1.9 On-Platform Communications & Contact Sharing

In-App Channels. For safety, coordination should occur via FlyKarma chat or masked contact methods we provide. Do not exchange personal contact details (phone, email, payment handles) for the purpose of arranging services off-platform.

Day-of-Trip Exceptions. Where permitted, we may provide temporary proxy contact methods to streamline coordination. These may be disabled after the trip completes.

1.10 Enforcement & Remedies

Consequences. Violations may result in account suspension or termination; forfeiture of bonuses, rewards, or pending redemptions; blocking of withdrawals to the extent permitted by law; and recovery of losses and reasonable enforcement costs.

Circumvention Fee. If you complete or attempt to complete an off-platform arrangement in violation of Section 1.8, FlyKarma may charge a reasonable circumvention fee equal to the greater of: (a) the platform fees FlyKarma would have earned for a comparable booking; or (b) USD $250(or local equivalent), where lawful.

Reporting. To report suspected circumvention or solicitation, contact Support. We investigate in line with our Privacy Policy.

2 · Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect
Profile details (name, contact, age confirmation); trip details (itinerary, preferences, role); verification data (selfies, government ID where applicable); communications, ratings, and feedback.
2.2 How We Use Your Information
Match users, verify identity, enhance trust, award Karma Points and process gift cards, communicate updates, improve safety and features, and comply with legal requirements.
2.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited data with payment partners, verification services, or legal authorities when required by law.
2.4 Security Practices
Encryption of personal data; presigned URLs for secure uploads; rate limiting and fraud detection; periodic security reviews and audits.
2.5 Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained only as long as necessary for legal, compliance, or operational purposes. You may request deletion via Contact Us.
2.6 Children’s Privacy (Under 13)
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If such data is identified, we will delete it promptly.
2.7 Your Rights
Request access/correction/deletion of your data, opt out of non-essential communications, and raise concerns about misuse.
2.8 Limited Safety Screening of Communications
To protect users from fraud and off-platform solicitation, FlyKarma may use automated tools to detect patterns (e.g., obvious contact or payment details) in in-app communications. Where flagged, a human review may occur. We do not sell message content, and any review is conducted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
